IMPORTANT USAGE

With two fingers and thumb, compress foam down. Insert into ear very tightly and snug with stem facing forward. Twist stem 45 degrees downwards to ensure tight fit. Hold and wait for foams to expand. Release and enjoy a perfect fit and seal.
